Step 1

Audit

We'll analyze and provide a comprehensive audit report of our findings. You'll be emailed a URL to view your audit results. We'll let you know what patterns we discovered along with recommendations for the next steps. We'll also let you know the confidence level that we can get reviews removed.

Step 2

Takedown

If you decide to move forward with further action, we'll start building our case and provide a report to Google. We can't guarantee how many reviews they will remove, but we can guarantee manual review of your case. Reviews can be removed in as little as 24 hours, but can sometimes take weeks to resolve.

Step 3

Final Report

We'll provide you a final report of the number reviews removed and any further action that may be recommended. If the competitor continues to purchase fake reviews, we offer complimentary re-escalation to ask Google for an update and let them know the competitor is still active with fraud.

What is Review Vigilante?

Review Vigilante is not a review verification company. In contrast, we manually review and analyze data to find common patterns of review fraud. If these patterns do not exist, or if they aren’t sufficient to provide a report to Google, we deem an audit as inconclusive. There is no way to know if reviews are truly legitimate, but there are red flags that indicate fraud. This is what we look for.
